Stronger Together - Weekly Women’s Support Group

We are very excited to announce the return of our new & improved Stronger Together staff-led women’s support group STARTING SEPTEMBER 2ND!

This group is designed to be supportive, educational, and interactive. Through reflection, discussion, and practical activities, you’ll learn how to:

 • Break free from old patterns. 

 • Build stronger, healthier relationships. 

 • Develop a deeper understanding of yourself

Group will be every TUESDAY from 6pm-7pm, and snacks will be provided!

Drop-ins are always welcome, no need to RSVP.

Trauma-Informed Yoga

Weekly on Tuesdays at 10am starting 4/14.

This is a weekly free Yoga class for women 18+.

This class is currently open to G.A.R.F. clients only.
